Run command prompt as admin,
For win 8 and 10.
Press windows button + x then select com propmt as admin
For win 7
Press windows button and type in cmd, right click on it and run as admin.
When it opens type
Shutdown /r for restart
Shutdown /s for shutting down
Shutdown /h to hibernate.
There a lot u can do with the command,
For help abt the command,
Type in the console
Help shutdown.
